As we continue to build our team were seeking talented people to join us in supporting our partnership with Ulta.We look for individuals who have drive and warmth agility and passion and keep customer experience at the center of everything they do.The impact youll make:Reporting to the Field Sales & Education Manager the Wellness Advisor drives sales education and brand awareness at Ulta locations in the US.This sales and education role will introduce consumers to Saje Natural Wellness through recruitment and education on the benefits of Saje Products. This role will also educate and create strong partnerships with the employees at Ulta.All Saje Team Members are responsible for contributing to Sajes culture and maintaining a positive environment for themselves and their peers.What youll do:Launch Saje Natural Wellness at Ulta; drive sales education brand awareness and new customer acquisitionMeet or exeed Sales GoalsMaintain a high level of knowledge on products benefits and ingredients to educate the consumer and store employeesDevelop and nurture retailed relationships. Empower store employees with knowledge and confidence to share Sajes products and benefits.Execute Brand Led EventsEnsure Saje products are always well presented through upkeep of merchandisingProvide insights and feedback after each shift to help us continually improveContributes to a team environment where all Team Members consistently experience a sense of belonging and inclusionWed love to hear from you if:You have consumer facing sales experience in a multi-branded retailer such as Sephora Ulta or Target with a track record of resultsStrong aptitude for consumer engagement product sales product knowledge & brand messagingStrong communication and relationship building skillsCompetitive drive balanced with a team oriented positive attitudeYou are comfortable working in a scented environment testing and demonstrating our products.You are able to have a flexible work schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.Hours are dependent upon business needs productivity and availability.You are passionate about your own wellness journey and believe in the superpower of plants.Why SajeAt Saje we understand that joining a team is an important decision to make.
