Join our high-performing team of Field Installation Technicians—the in-home experts behind 3 Day Blinds’ premium window coverings.We’re looking for self-driven precision pros who will deliver top-quality installations and thrive on client satisfaction. You’ll be the face of our brand, handling everything from technical measurements to full installations of blinds, shades, shutters, and much more.What You’ll DoInstall and service premium custom window treatments with precision and carePartner with Sales, Support, and Production to drive sustaining and repeatable improvements in the client experience, answer their technical or application questions, and oversee new product launches with hands-on use and testingEnsure every project is done right the first time—you own your resultsCollaborate with Sales, Warehouse, and Field Managers to deliver an exceptional client experienceTroubleshoot issues on-site and make real-time decisions to keep projects movingContinuously sharpen your skills with ongoing paid training and new product rolloutsWhat You BringA customer-first mindset and pride in your craftsmanshipStrong communication skills and confidence working directly with homeownersThe drive to work independently, manage your daily schedule (full-time, Tues- Sat), and earn based on your effortConstruction/home improvement industry experienceExperience in residential services work, preferably in a window covering industryThis role requires the ability to lift and carry products up to and occasionally over 50 pounds along with frequently sitting, standing, walking, squatting, bending, kneeling, and reachingLicensed to operate a motor vehicle and driving record is in good standingHigh school degree, trade school degree or technical certification preferredWhy You’ll Love It HerePerformance-based pay: OTE (On target earnings: hourly + points system) for this role is $65K on average, with top performers making $100K+Company truck & gas card providedPaid technical training—we’ll set you up for successFull benefits’ package: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and moreCareer growth: We promote from within and reward initiativeYou bring your ambition—we’ll provide the tools, training, and opportunity.Please note, all offers presented to candidates are carefully crafted to ensure market competitiveness, equity, and reflect the individual candidate’s education, experience, skills and potential.Hunter Douglas is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with applicable employment laws.
