Location: Timnath Elementary School; 3909 Main St Timnath CO 80547 Pay: $16.00/hour Schedule: M-F; NO WEEKENDS!!! 6:15am-8:15am and/or 2:30pm-6:00pm (hours may vary)Looking for experience that matters AlphaBEST Education provides extended day summer and enrichment programs that are designed to inspire and engage students while they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun safe environment.As an AlphaBEST Group Leader youll help shape meaningful before and/or after school moments that help kids learn grow and thrive.Were looking for someone who:Enjoys working with children in a structured high-energy environmentTakes child safety seriously and follows procedures closelyIs flexible reliable and ready to jump in wherever neededIn this role you will:Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages STEAM Fitness Maker and Arts)Make child safety the top priority at all timesKeep the space clean and organizedHelp create an environment where kids feel supported and includedBuild strong relationships with teammates kids families and school staffRequirements:High School diploma or equivalent requiredCPR and First Aid certification requiredAbility to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)455 hours of verifiable experience working with childrenWhy Join UsThis isnt just a job - its your next step forward.At AlphaBEST we believe in boosting your potential.
