SITE DIRECTOR II AlphaBEST Education Full Time positionSalary Range - $19.00-$22.00 per hourAlphaBEST: After school is where adventures begin! Are you ready to join the fun AlphaBEST Explorations happen when our Explorers (students) have Captains (Site Directors) who are dedicated to fun and creating the perfect learning environment that sparks curiosity!Location: Norman OKSchedule: The Site Director is expected to report at their site from 6:30 am until school begins and from 2:30pm until 6:15 pm. We operate Monday - Friday (no weekends!). Time may vary depending on school assignment. The Site Director II will also have time in between sessions for additional work. Pay & Benefits:Actual compensation is based on education and experience (the range is $19-$22 per hour)Full-time benefits including health and paid time off availableEmployee referral programDeep discounts on program tuition for dependentsAs an AlphaBEST Captain (Site Director) youll be trained and have the chance to do the following:Ensure the successful implementation of engaging programs that advance the physical social emotional and intellectual development of children.Work collaboratively with peers and our Leadership Team to share important program-related information with students parents and school administratorsTrain AlphaBEST Guides (Group Leaders) on how to complete adventurous tasks that ignite a childs sense of wonder.Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on the students interests and talents.Provide a caring family-oriented environment where positive staff child parent and school relationships are fostered at your program site.Heres what youll need:Must have the verifiable education and/or experience that is required for childcare licensing by the state of OklahomaMust be at least 21 years oldAbility to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needsMust be able to successfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing regulationsCome join the AlphaBEST movement to help kids journey to greater discovery and connection to the world around them.
