AccessAbilities is hiring a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA team in Northwest Indiana.
We are a privately owned ABA provider with over 20 years in business, delivering person-centered services across the lifespan. As demand for ABA therapy continues to grow, we are expanding intentionally — prioritizing clinical quality, ethical care, and clinician sustainability.

Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Role Overview
This Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position focuses on delivering high-quality ABA therapy while maintaining a sustainable workload.
Caseload + Expectations
• Caseload: 6-10 clients
• Billable expectation: ~25 hours/week
• Built-in protected administrative time
• Emphasis on quality over volume

Behavior Analyst Qualifications
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• At least 1 year of experience in ABA therapy preferred
