Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMake a difference every day by joining CCRES as a Behavior Health Technician / BHT in an ABA clinic!PAID CREDENTIALS - Eliminating upfront costs for necessary clearances & TB screening!SUMMARY:The Behavior Health Technician / BHT will work one-on-one with students in ABA-based clinics implementing individualized instructional and behavioral strategies. These clinics provide Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) to children aged 3-5, integrating closely with early intervention services. This full-day program aims to ensure a seamless transition between pre-school special education classrooms and the clinic setting, promoting continuous skill development. Location: Primary Assignment: Gordon Early Learning Center, 351 Kersey St, Coatesville, PA 19320Schedule: Approximately 8am - 4pm Monday- Thursday based on student enrollment (may consider consistent partial availability) Friday hours for client hours in home or community may be availableBHT starting pay rate of $23.50 per hour and progresses to $26.50 per hour (w2 employment)Rate is based on years of related experienceFlexibility to cover all 3 locations of Clinic - West Chester and Downingtown ClinicPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to implement instructional and behavioral strategies outlined in their Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP).Support the development of communication, social, and adaptive skills through structured and naturalistic teaching methods.Prompt interventions in the areas of: behavior management, conflict resolution, anger management, and peer interaction skills based on the treatment plan goals provided by a Behavior Analyst / BCBA.Collect real-time data on target behaviors and skill acquisition using digital tools and software.RequirementsEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferredAt least 1 year experience working with children with developmental and behavioral challenges, preferably in an educational or clinical settingKnowledge of ABA principles and techniquesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and interdisciplinary teamsAbility to collect and document data accurately and efficientlyCREDENTIALS:PA Child Abuse (Act 151) ClearancePA Criminal (Act 34) ClearancePA Department of Human Services FBI ClearancePA Department of Education FBI ClearanceTB Screening Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts * Paid clearances & TB screening!BenefitsEmployees scheduled for 30+ hours per week are eligible for medical benefitsEmployer paid base medical plan!Employees scheduled for 20+ hours per week are eligible for dental, vision, and other supplemental benefits: Life insurance, short-term disability, accidental, critical illness, hospital indemnity, Norton Life Lock identity protection 403 (b) Retirement Savings Plan - up to 3% employer matchEmployer paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Tuition discounts through educational partnershipsMilestone service awardsEmployee referral bonusGift card raffle on pay-day FridaysPaid credential renewalsABOUT CCRESCCRES is a 501(c)(3) non-profit industry leader providing educational and behavioral health HR/staffing services within Southeastern PA.
