Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:Job Description: Behavior TechnicianWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work with individuals with autism and/or behavioral challenges to implement behavior intervention plans and provide support to clients and their families.Responsibilities:- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior- Provide support to clients and their families in implementing behavior strategies- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and modify behavior intervention plans- Attend and participate in team meetings and trainings- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all timesWe offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
