At Patterns, you will find a professional, ethical, caring, and fun work environment where you can make a difference in a child's life and reach your career goals.Working in conjunction with a licensed BCBA, the behavior technician will be responsible to serve a caseload of families (1- 4 on average) and work 1:1 with children/young adults (ages 2 - 21) with behavioral disabilities in their home and/or community settings.Part-Time, Hourly, afternoons to early evening sessions (1pm-7pm)ResponsibilitiesImplement 1:1 direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques in-homeCollect accurate ongoing data on client’s programsClear communication with all team members and parents/clientsCompliance with all related company policies and proceduresAttendance at staff meetings and trainingsRequirementsMust have own reliable transportation and full coverage auto insurance (100/330K). Must have smart phone.
