As a Behavior Technician, you’ll bring energy, creativity, and compassion to help children on the autism spectrum build essential skills in a fun, supportive environment.Work one-on-one with children at our center (no evenings or weekends!) while implementing learning programs, collecting data, and celebrating each child’s progress. You’ll be surrounded by a collaborative team of BCBAs, RBTs, and practicum students who are as passionate as you are about making a difference.We also offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and growth:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceIf you’re eager to learn, grow, and end each day knowing you’ve made an impact — this is the place to be.Compensation:$18 - $22 hourlyResponsibilities:Collaborate with team members and participate in team meetings and training sessions.Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).Maintain cleanliness and organization within therapy spaces.Record data accurately and maintain session documentation.Support a positive, safe, and engaging environment that promotes learning through play.Qualifications:Active, hands-on approach to work — you’ll often engage in play, kneeling, or lifting small children.Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality are required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality of client information.About CompanyAt Inspire Autism, we believe every child deserves the chance to learn, grow, and shine — and every team member deserves a workplace that inspires joy, balance, and purpose!
