Candidate must be available at least 4 days per week, M-F between 3:00 pm-6:30 pm. We are looking for an exceptional candidate to work with our great families. If you are enthusiastic, a flexible thinker, like collaboration, love working with kiddos AND you have the following qualifications below please contact us:Qualifications:Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred but not necessary.BA/BS degree preferred but not requiredGood time management and organizational skillsRegular access to a computer with high-speed internetValid Michigan driver’s license and auto insuranceMust have daily access to a reliable and insured vehicleMust be willing to travel to client location - (typically travel will not exceed more than 45 minutes from home office). You will be working in the client homes as well as our clinic. There is travel reimbursement.Responsibilities:Engage clients in daily activities through implementation of an individualized, behavioral therapy programFollow set protocol developed by Master’s Level Board Certified Behavior AnalystTravel to and work in home, community and school settingsCollect daily data, graph results and implement behavioral support developed by Master’s Level Board Certified Behavior AnalystTimely communication with other members of the team (phone, email and text)Participate in meetings when neededHours/Availability:Part-time position, 12-16 hrs. per week.Candidate must be available at least 4 days per week, M-F between 3:00 pm-6:30 pm.Compensation:We offer competitive starting wages for Behavior TechniciansBenefits include paid vacation, health, vision, dental and retirement savings planTuition assistance available for qualified applicants Company DescriptionBehavior Consultants, Inc. has been providing behavior analytic services for individuals with traumatic brain injuries and/or autism and their families for over 32 years.
