Under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and help build skills in communication, social interaction, and daily living.Pay: $22 - $27.50 / hour Why Alongside? Paid Training: Get RBT certified and trained at no cost! 401(K) Match: Invest in your future with employer contributions after 1-year of servicePaid Drive Time: Travel between sessions coveredGrowth Opportunities: Career advancement & development supportFlexible Scheduling: Full-time & Part-time options – 2 weekday afternoons of availability required!*additional benefits available for full-time employees!Apply today and join our team as a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in San Fernando, CA, to be a vital part of a child’s growth journey and make a lasting difference every day!ResponsibilitiesWork effectively in school, home or clinic settings while adapting strategies to each environmentImplement individualized ABA programs under the direction of the supervising BCBACollect and record accurate session data using agency-approved software (e.g., Boost, HiRasmus)Maintain professional communication with supervisors, families and team membersParticipate in required training sessions, team meetings and supervision hoursSupport the generalization of client skills across multiple settings and caregiversEnsure compliance with all clinical, ethical and confidentiality standardsRequired SkillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredExperience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferredAbility to work 10 - 40 hours / weekValid California Class C driver's license, valid insurance, and own transportationStrong communication, organization, and interpersonal skillsCompassionate, patient, and eager to learnRBT certification preferred - training available for qualified candidates!Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferredMust pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, take a TB test, and show proof of required vaccinations during our onboarding.
