This position would be great for college students, high school grads, moms/dads, caregivers, nannies, paraprofessionals, teachers, coaches and more!We are seeking a candidate with part-time availability 20-25 hours per week with availability between 8 am - 6 pm. Working on Mondays and Fridays are required. You will directly contribute to our client's success stories by providing them with the necessary skills to be successful!BT Duties/Responsibilities:Implement one on one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) intervention programs to children in a home, school or other environments as neededObserve and collect data on the child's behaviorTeach child the specific behavior skills called for in the treatment planAttend regular supervisory meetings with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Maintain clear lines of communication and professional boundariesBT Requirements:At least 18 years oldPossess a high school diploma or equivalent minimum, Bachelors degree preferredCertified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within 90 days of hirePatience and ability to engage effectively with active childrenAbility to work collaboratively as part of a therapy team and independentlyAvailability for a minimum of 10 hours per weekAdherence to the RBT Ethics Code and company policiesAbility to lift up to 40 lbs, run, kneel, stand, and actively participate in playClean background check and positive professional referencesPay Range:$19.50/hour until you are a certified RBT, then $20.50/hour.To view CFCI's Non Discrimination Policy, please click here.CFCI accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
