You’ll be offered more than a job. You’ll receive training and support to enhance your skillset in behavioral therapy and growth as an individual. You’ll work with extraordinary team members who share a common goal, to help children with autism be their best selves.Responsibilities:· You will teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in a 1:1 setting to children with autismin their home or in the community.· You’ll follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs that help increase the child’s communication, self-help, social and play skills.· You will relay info on your client’s progress to BCBAs to keep them informed and assist with BCBA assessments.· At the end of each session, you will accurately record the child’s progress in our data collection system using your work assigned tablet.· You will be responsible for clocking in, submitting your session notes and clocking out to align with strict ABA and Insurance provider regulations.· You will voice questions, issues and concerns to your supervisors as appropriate.· You will help to build positive relationships with families while maintaining professional boundaries.· You will positively contribute to the Lil Know-It Owls culture.Our compensation is very competitive.
