Bring your talents and enthusiasm to our innovative school for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder! This position is part of an interdisciplinary team in a full day (8:15 am -3:45 pm) school program.Responsibilities include:Providing behavior support to the teacher and other classroom team membersMaintaining daily operation of the classroom programAssisting students with instructional and non-instructional tasks as developed by BCBAImplementation of and data collection for student behavior plansRequirements and Qualifications:Associate degree in Education or related field or 2 years of college in Education/Special education or related fieldPossesses Registered Behavior Technician CertificationHas training and experience of 1-2 years with children/individuals with AutismHas completed a minimum of one year of successful experience.e in working directly with children with autism and related developmental delays in a home, school, or clinical setting.Holds or is able to obtain Ohio aide permit or paraprofessional license.Is well-versed in principles of applied behavior analysis.We are currently offering a $500 sign-on bonus for this position! $150 to be paid after successful completion of the introductory period (90 days), $150 to be paid after 6 months, and $200 to be paid after 1 year!We offer excellent health and wellness benefits, including time off between school semesters, a retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional development.
