Caravel is seeking dedicated, compassionate individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians (BTs)! At Caravel, our BTs change lives daily in our clinic-based environment. We utilize a results-oriented approach based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) to assess how clients interact with their environment and respond to social cues, and you'll play a crucial part in helping build skills and document progress with industry leading technology. You'll start your day playing and encouraging little learners all while incorporating targets from each client's individualized treatment plan and promoting the development of essential skills By joining our team, you will witness and contribute to life-changing milestones such as facilitating communication and enhancing independence in daily activities. No prior experience in the behavioral health field is required! We invest in YOU by providing paid training and education to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). All work is done in a clinic-based setting. Structured, one-to-one client sessions; no group billing. Competitive pay based on experience and education. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.All Caravel teammates are eligible for 401(k) with company match, and a $500 referral bonus program.Full-time teammates are eligible for paid time off (PTO), holiday pay, short/long term disability, and multiple options for insurance plans (health, dental, and vision).
