We utilize a results-oriented approach based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) to assess how clients interact with their environment and respond to social cues, and you'll play a crucial part in helping build skills and document progress with industry leading technology. No prior experience in the behavioral health field is required! Structured, one-to-one client sessions; no group billing. Competitive pay based on experience and education. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.All Caravel teammates are eligible for 401(k) with company match, and a $500 referral bonus program.Full-time teammates are eligible for paid time off (PTO), holiday pay, short/long term disability, and multiple options for insurance plans (health, dental, and vision).
