Job Title: ABA Behavior Technician (Part-Time)Location: Various locations in Inland -Home & Community-Based (In-Person)Pay: $19.00 $25.00 per hour DOE**PAID TRAINING PROVIDED**About The Behavior LabAt The Behavior Lab we believe in playful learning compassionate care and building brighter futures - one child at a time. If youre passionate about working with children and looking to make a meaningful impact wed love to meet you!What Youll DoAs a Behavior Technician youll play a vital role in helping children grow learn and thrive. Youll work one-on-one with clients using ABA strategies to support their development and reduce challenging behaviors - always with guidance and support from our clinical team.Your responsibilities will include:Delivering one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based ABA techniquesMaking learning fun through structured play and interactive activitiesTracking progress and collecting data on skill development and behaviorsCommunicating with families and team members to ensure consistent supportHelping adapt therapy plans to fit each childs unique needsBringing creativity energy and patience to every sessionWhat Were Looking ForYou dont need to be an expert - we provide full paid training.
