BTs work with the child and family by providing behavioral interventions and skill acquisition programming.ScheduleMonday- Friday40 hours per week guaranteed8:00am- 4:30 pmBenefitsMedical dental and vision insuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) optionsEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)403(b) retirement plan with company matchLife and disability insurancePaid Time Off (PTO)What Youll DoParticipate in the development of program plans and provide updates on progress. Ensure that each clients individual plan is implemented as written.Maintain appropriate records collect data and complete of treatment notes as required and within the specified time frames.Participate in all training that enables performance of duties effectively efficiently and competently (ex. staff meetings orientation in-services).BT must abide by the subset of theBACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code designated as relevant to the practice of behavior technicians.Perform other BT duties/responsibilities required by the Program and within the scope of certification.Be willing to provide direct care in the Autism Day Health Program if needed.What Youll NeedRequired:Bachelors DegreePreferred: Minimum of two years experience working with children with Autism and other developmental disabilitiesMust be willing to become a Registered Behavior Tech within 6 months of hire. We will pay for your training and cost of certification.Organization time management and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively accurately and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions.Ability to accept and initiate change have patience and understanding and work within a team environment.Confidentiality regarding the affairs of clients staff their families and ChildServe.Ability to communicate effectively in reading writing and speaking the English language.Ability to lift up to 35 lbs be mobile within the assigned work area and frequently bend lift reach and stand.Not sure if you hit 100% of the position expectations Lets talk!
