This position provides an opportunity for professional growth into a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role, with comprehensive training and ongoing supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Position OverviewThe Behavior Technician will deliver evidence-based behavioral therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in clinic and home settings. Under the direct supervision of a BCBA, the BT will implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions designed to improve communication, social skills, and adaptive behaviors.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2 to 15 yearsImplement behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBAParticipate in ongoing training to develop clinical competencies in behavior analysisAttend regular supervision and team meetings to review client progress and refine interventionsCollect and maintain accurate data and clinical documentation for treatment sessionsAdhere to ethical and professional guidelines set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other professionals involved in treatmentMaintain a structured schedule and demonstrate punctuality and reliabilityCareer Growth & Certification SupportThis role provides structured training and professional development opportunities for those seeking to become RBT-certified.
