At Patterns, you will find a professional, ethical, caring, and fun work environment where you can make a difference in a child's life and reach your career goals.Working in conjunction with a licensed BCBA, the behavior technician will be responsible to serve a caseload of families (1- 4 on average) and work 1:1 with children/young adults (ages 2 - 21) with behavioral disabilities in their home, community, schools, and/or clinical settings (assignments individualized per case).ResponsibilitiesImplement 1:1 direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques in-home and/or in the communityCollect accurate ongoing data on client’s programsClear communication with all team members and parents/clientsCompliance to all related company policies and proceduresAttendance at staff meetings and trainingsRequirementsMust have own reliable transportation and full coverage auto insurance (100/330K). Must have smart phone.
