Limited Positions - Now hiring for the 2025–2026 school year. We are hiring full-time Behavior Technicians (TAs) for the 2025–2026 school year to support K–12 students with special needs. If you have experience in behavior management and a desire to help students succeed, this role offers a chance to make a daily impact.Connect with our team today to learn more about this school-based opportunity!This SPED Behavior Technician (TA) opportunity requires a dedicated individual trained in behavior management techniques to provide one-on-one or small group support, helping students learn coping mechanisms and replacement behaviors.Responsibilities- Assisting licensed staff in the classroom- Aid students in meeting their individualized education plan (IEP)- Maintain a classroom environment that is conducive to learning- Work with individuals and/or small groups when activities and assignments are presented- Provides support for students in crisis- Utilize a variety of learning methods to enhance the student's learning experiences and support them as neededAll these roles require openness to personal care and willingness to learn!Required Qualifications- High School Diploma- 1+ Years Experience working with children - Experience working with children with special educational needs- Experience working with personal care - Applicants must have professional proficiency in English- US Work Authorization - Zen Educate cannot provide sponsorship for an employment visa or relocation assistance at this timePhysical Requirements: - Comfortable being on your feet and moving around the classroom throughout the day- Able to lift up to 20 lbs and safely assist students when needed (kneeling, bending, quick response)- Additional physical requirements may be requested during your application processPreferred Qualifications- First Aid & CPR Certification- Crisis prevention training (CPI) - PCA or RBT experienceSalary:Pay: $18 - $21 per hour, paid weekly.Schedule: Monday to Friday, within hours of 7:30 am - 3:00/4:30 pm (no weekend work).Benefits:- Weekly pay- Paid Sick Leave- 401K (certain eligibility criteria)Why ZenAt Zen Educate, we take the time to understand your preferences, experience, and career goals, then match you with schools that fit your needs.
