Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition Title: Part-Time Behavior TechnicianLocation: Fremont, MichiganPay Range: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour, based on experienceHours: Part-time, up to 32 hours per weekAbout Us:Newaygo County Mental Health is dedicated to providing comprehensive, high-quality mental health services to individuals and families in our community. Our team is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.Position Summary:We are currently accepting applications for a Part-Time Behavior Technician to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Services are primarily delivered at the agency’s Autism Center, located in Fremont, with some services taking place in clients’ homes or in the community.Responsibilities Include:Delivering ABA therapy to individuals ages 18 months to 21 yearsImplementing individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a Behavior SpecialistTeaching communication, self-care, and other adaptive skillsAccurately collecting data and documenting servicesCollaborating with the Behavioral Specialist and other team membersQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (required)Valid Michigan driver’s license (required)Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities (preferred but not required)Ability to complete required ABA training (provided upon hire)Supervision & Training:The Behavior Technician will receive training on each individual ABA goal plan and will be supervised by a Behavior Specialist for every 10 hours of direct service provided.Newaygo County Mental Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer Powered by ExactHire:174761
