Weekends shifts only.Company: ABA SHINEPosition: Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Location: Concord, CA (On-site Placement Center)Compensation: $34$37 per hourShifts: part-time shifts available on Weekends onlyAbout the Case:We are urgently seeking experienced and reliable female Behavior Technicians or RBTs to provide 1:1 support for an 8 Y male client requires 2:1 staffing to manage his behaviors. This is a high-intensity case requiring consistent supervision, strong behavior support skillsKey Responsibilities:Provide 2:1 direct behavior support and supervision You will be working alongside with another behavior technician at all shifts.Implement behavior intervention strategies as directed by a BCBAEnsure client safety and de-escalate aggressive or unsafe behaviorAccurately document session notes and incident reportsCollaborate with facility staff and clinical teamRequirements:RBT certification or strong experience in behavior support/crisis interventionAbility to manage high-intensity behaviors professionally and safelyMale candidates are preferred due to the clients specific needsMust be reliable, patient, and physically capable of managing aggressive episodesLivescan, CPR, and TB clearance required (or willingness to obtain quickly)What We Offer:Competitive pay: $34$37/hour based on experienceFlexible scheduling multiple shifts availableClinical support and ongoing supervisionOpportunity to make a meaningful impact on a high-need caseApply Today Immediate Openings!Please apply today or text 510-284-7057 for more information.
