If youre motivated to give our clients a more positive quality of life we encourage you to apply today!Current availability needs: Monday - Friday between the hours of 12:00pm - 8:30pm (2-5 hrs/day)Medical Benefits available for those who qualify!ResponsibilitiesImplement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environmentProvide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community settingImplement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral AnalystProvide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisorFacilitate teaching of communication self-help social-skills and other targeted treatment goalsTrack client progress and program dataUnderstands and adheres toCompanyPolicy and ProceduresObserves confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related informationQualificationsRegistered Behavioral Technician Certification preferredBachelors Degree preferredTwo or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populationValid Drivers LicenseReliable transportation and insuranceFlexibility with client scheduling and treatment needsStrong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all timesAbout our Line of BusinessSpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services offers a holistic approach and integrated care for people with cognitive developmental or intellectual disabilities who often need additional resources.
