We are thrilled to be designated as a Certified Autism Center™ (CAC) by The International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES) allowing us the opportunity to offer specialized training opportunities for all of our ABA services providers.Primary Responsibilities:Implement ABA therapy programs designed by Clinical SupervisorsCollect and record accurate data on client behaviors and progressCollaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure consistency in treatmentParticipate in regular training and supervision sessionsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience working with children, especially those with special needsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable transportation for travel to clients' homesSupervision and Support:Regular in-person supervision and direction sessions with Clinical SupervisorAccess to Clinical Supervisor support outside of scheduled direction sessionsAccess to peer collaboration with other community-based providersAccess to resources needed for providing in-home and community-based servicesWorking Conditions:Flexible, part-time scheduling optionsWe provide each home and community-based Technician with a supply kit to ensure they have everything they need in the home and community (health and safety supplies, sanitation supplies, stimuli and materials, and preferred items for clients)Home and Community Screening Process:To ensure the safety and effectiveness of in-home and community-based ABA services, we maintain a thoughtful screening process, including:Initial home environment assessmentSafety checklist completionFamily interview and orientationRegular reassessments to maintain optimal therapy conditionsBenefits and Perks:Accrued vacation pay40 hours of sick payReferral bonus programCareer development opportunitiesMentorshipPay:$20.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience, education, and credentialsSchedule:Between Monday and Friday with flexible availability (for example, between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm)Our organization has worked with The International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES), a global leader in online training and certification programs, to be designated as a Certified Autism Center™ (CAC). Our staff has completed training and certification in best practices when assisting autistic patients.
