Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBehavior Technician (Part-Time)At Potential Inc., we are dedicated to helping children and adolescents with Autism build meaningful skills and reach their fullest potential. As we continue to expand access to high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, our Behavior Technicians play a central role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to clients ages 2–18 across our Newtown clinic and community settings.This is an entry-level position with paid training and the opportunity to grow into a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through our employer-sponsored certification program.What You'll DoProvide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents in our Newtown clinic and community environments (schools, daycares, homes, and more) • Implement individualized care plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) using evidence-based ABA principles • Support growth across cognitive, social, emotional, communicative, and adaptive skill areas • Bring playfulness, energy, and creativity to each session-keeping pace with active learners and building meaningful relationships • Track progress by collecting data, documenting sessions, and communicating effectively with the clinical team • Participate in training and supervision that prepares you to obtain your RBT credential • Engage collaboratively as part of a mission-driven team focused on making a lasting impact for children and familiesWho You ArePassionate about working one-on-one with children and seeing the direct impact of your support • Comfortable being active, playful, and energetic with young learners • Receptive to coaching and eager to grow under BCBA supervision • Confident using basic technology such as tablets or computers for documentation • Motivated to build foundational skills in ABA, education, psychology, or a related helping professionQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required • Availability Monday–Friday, Monday/Wednesday/Friday, or Tuesday/Thursday between 8:30 AM–3:30 PM • Reliable transportation throughout Lower Bucks County (Newtown and surrounding areas) • Ability to complete our paid training program and pursue RBT certification • Comfortable working in various settings, including clinics, schools, and community sitesWhat We Offer • Supplementary insurance options including AFLAC and pet insurance • Support with continuing education, including tuition discounts and potential eligibility for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program • Mental health support via our employee assistance program • 403(b) retirement plan • ZayZoon early wage access & FinFit financial wellness tools • A supportive, tight-knit team committed to growth and shared purposeOur MissionPotential Inc. is a nonprofit organization driven by the belief that every individual with Autism deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive.
