What You'll Do:As a Behavior Technician, you'll support children as they navigate their developmental journey. Working closely alongside a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll provide personalized, one-on-one assistance to help children cultivate vital communication, social, and daily living skills. Every day, you'll witness the incredible progress these children make, knowing that you've played a crucial part in their growth. We have client locations all throughout Maryland. Additionally, you'll participate in supervision meetings and complete the necessary training to obtain yourRBT certification within 45 days.
