Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: $20.00-$30.00 per hourWe offer training!Minimum Requirements:Experience working with children and/or adolescentsAuthorized to work in the United StatesFluent in English; additional opportunities for candidates with other language fluencyDriver's licenseWilling to complete an easy 40 hr online course to become an RBTJob Responsibilities:Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in-home and community-based environments.Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAsCollect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions to monitor progressProvide regular verbal and written progress updatesParticipate in team meetings and training workshopsBe goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your workArrive to cases on time and remain consistent with scheduled sessionsFollow the policies and procedures of Behaviors R Us
