Job DescriptionJob DescriptionStrive Center For Autism in Burton, MI is looking for one Float Applied Behavior Analysis (aba) therapist to join our team. We are located on G 4476 S. Dort Hwy. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, organized, creative, flexible, and hard-working team player. ResponsibilitiesWilling to work consistent part time hours and occasional full time hours as neededFlexible and willing to cover sessions as neededOrganized self-starter willing to work on a variety of miscellaneous tasks under the supervision of a Lead Therapist and BCBA when not covering sessionsQualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred, 60 college credits requiredExperience with children required; experience with children with ASD preferredExperience and training with ABA preferredAbility to interact professionally with parentsAbility to multitaskGreat written and oral communication skillsCompletion of 40 hour online RBT training within first 90 days of employmentCompletion of Crisis Management training within first 180 days of employmentWe are looking forward to hearing from you!
