Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our awesome team! As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on behavior intervention and skill acquisition. Responsibilities include running out individualized treatment plans, collecting data on client progress, and treating under a supervisor (BCBA). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for working with children, and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism or related disorders. Relevant certifications and experience in ABA therapy are welcomed but not required. We will accept Registered Behavior Technicians, if you are not registered, we will help you become an RBT!
