Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBenefits:Bonus based on performanceTraining & developmentOpportunity for advancementAbout the Role:Join TREEHOUSE THERAPY CENTER LLC as a Behavior Technician, where you will play a vital role in supporting children with developmental challenges.Responsibilities:Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Provide one-on-one support to children in various settings, including home and community environments.Collect and analyze data on client progress and behavior.Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with families.Utilize positive reinforcement strategies to encourage desired behaviors.Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all clients.Assist in the development of new therapeutic activities and interventions.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field is preferred.Experience working with children with autism or developmental disorders is a plus.Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is highly desirable.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.Compassionate demeanor and a genuine interest in helping others.Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.Ability to pass background checks as required by state regulations.About Us:TREEHOUSE THERAPY CENTER LLC is a reputable provider of ABA Therapy.
