Check out our candidates' success stories!About the RoleWe are seeking compassionate and motivated Part-Time Behavior Therapists to provide high-quality ABA services to children with Autism and other developmental needs in a home-based setting. This is an incredibly rewarding opportunity to help children build essential skills while working under the support of experienced clinical supervisors.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide ABA services to children with Autism and other developmental disabilities in a home settingImplement individualized behavioral strategies designed by a Case SupervisorTrack progress and support children in reaching developmental milestonesMaintain professionalism, communication, and consistency with families and the teamWhat We’re Looking ForCandidates must meet one of the following:Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Speech Therapy, Counseling, Special Education, or a related field + 1 year of experience working with children; or High School Diploma + 3 years of experience working with childrenAdditional qualifications:Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) is a strong plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience working in home-based environmentsWillingness to work evenings (2–8 PM) and weekends as neededReliable transportation & valid driver’s licenseNegative TB test and FBI/DOJ fingerprint clearanceTrainingAll new hires must complete 40 hours of paid training within two weeks of their start date.If you're passionate about helping children thrive and want a role where your work truly matters, we’d love to meet you!
