Camp Cove located on beautiful Mystic River is seeking compassionate skilled professionals to join our Inclusion Team this summer.Positions Available:Behavior TechniciansInclusion ParaprofessionalsSeasonal Commitment:JuneAugust MondayFriday 8:30 AM4:00 PM (Some schedule flexibility available)Behavior Technicians:Support campers across a variety of settings by promoting positive behavior modeling inclusion strategies and working directly with camp staff. Youll help foster a safe structured and fun camp experience for all campers. Qualifications:Must be 18At least 1 year of experience working with children in a camp school or related settingStrong communication skills and a calm team-oriented approachInclusion Paraprofessionals:Work one-on-one or in small groups with campers who need additional support. Youll develop individualized plans collaborate with staff and maintain close communication with families to ensure campers are fully included and successful.
