This position will be based at our clinic located at 1526 Walden Ave in Cheektowaga. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours), Monday - Friday with 1 evening a week required (until 8:30pm). The ideal candidate will: manage a caseload, with individual, family and group counselingresponsible for treatment planning and session notesmeet productivity standardswork as part of an integrated teammanage and run groups QualificationsMust possess a Master’s Degree from a recognized college or university in a mental health or social work related field and be eligible for license within 18 months of hire (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC-P, etc.)One year of direct service, post-graduate, experience preferred, but not requireDemonstrates a knowledge base upon which they can provide direct clinical service and advisementWe offer competitive salaries and an of employee benefits, including medical, dental, company paid vision, company paid life, AD&D, and Long Term Disability, voluntary life, AD&D, and Short Term Disability, 401 (K) retirement savings plan with company contribution, 10 paid holiday, generous paid vacation, paid sick time, discounted pet insurance and an Employee Assistance Program.
