What we are looking for: Aspire365 is actively seeking a Support Services Supervisor, Behavioral Health to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team, dedicated to providing compassionate care to individuals and families. This is a Full-Time Hybrid position. We are looking for someone to work 40 hours per week. The applicant must be residing in one of the following states: New Hampshire, Connecticut Massachusetts, Maine, Virginia, West Virginia, or Utah. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Guide other Support service staff to accomplish the best client careUtilize skills developed through certification to help client through the recovery processResponsible for scheduling own appointments with the client according to client’s scheduleWork with the client to complete treatment goals and tasks set by the Addiction Psychiatrist, Nurse and TherapistCommunicate to the Support Services Team and Program Coordinators any non-compliance, behavior changes, issues or incidents either witnessed or communicatedCoordinate with other Peer Support/life coaches as they work to help others through the one year program.Help clients build trust, as well as, open and honest communication, share life experiences of recoveryAccompanies client to group meetings (When applicable)Provide client with support via phone or text on days there is not a face-to-face contactComplete any documentation required by Aspire365 or the Recovery Support TeamQualifications:HIPAA ComplianceKnowledge of State professional and ethical guidelinesWork cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, motivate clients and resolve problemsMeet with client through zoom and in the client’s home throughout the 12-month programRemote Meeting ProficiencyRequirements:Bachelors Degree in social work, psychology, public health or a related field. Must have a valid driver's licenseComplete Recovery Coach TrainingsMaintain state requirementsCurrently maintaining sobriety (minimum of 2 years)Must be a Certified Life Coach or Certified Peer SupportMust reside in New Hampshire, Connecticut Massachusetts, Maine, Virginia, West Virginia, or Utah.
