Behavioral-Health Clinician at Aspire Health Center

The Behavioral-Health Clinician provides assessment therapy crisis intervention and case coordination for individuals experiencing mental-health and/or substance-use concerns. This role delivers evidence-based treatment collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and supports clients in developing skills to improve emotional psychological and social well-being. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive intakes mental-health assessments risk evaluations and diagnostic formulations using DSM-5 criteria. Provide individual group and/or family therapy using evidence-based modalities (CBT DBT MI trauma-informed care etc.). Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and update them regularly. Deliver crisis intervention safety planning and de-escalation during psychiatric or emotional emergencies. Coordinate care with psychiatrists nurses case managers primary-care providers and community partners. Monitor client progress evaluate treatment effectiveness and maintain timely clinical documentation. Support clients in accessing community resources such as housing employment and peer-support services. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings case consultations and internal trainings. Maintain compliance with agency policies confidentiality standards and regulatory requirements (HIPAA state regulations). Qualifications Masters degree in Social Work Mental-Health Counseling Psychology Marriage & Family Therapy or related field. Current state license or licensure-eligible (e.g. LCSW LMHC LPC LMFT or equivalent). Experience in behavioral health clinical assessment and therapeutic interventions. Strong understanding of trauma-informed care cultural humility and recovery-oriented practices. Excellent communication documentation and crisis-management skills. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual or multilingual abilities. Certification or experience in specialized areas (e.g. substance use trauma therapy children/adolescents co-occurring disorders). Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Experience in community-based outpatient or residential behavioral-health settings.
