Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary: Lucid Healing Center is a mental health treatment facility in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida seeking full-time and part-time experienced, Behavioral Health Technicians to join our team. BHT's are responsible for providing direct quality care to the clients.Responsibilities include: Providing compassion, support, and encouragement to all clients.Ensuring safety and security of all clients at all times.Assisting in unforeseen circumstances or emergency situations.Reporting behavioral and emotional issues in the shift report.Clearly understanding ethics, boundaries, and confidentiality and exhibiting that in all practices.Qualifications include: At least one year of experience in the mental health treatment industry (preferred)Knowledge of mental health disorders, co-occuring disorders, and medications preferredProficiency in EMR, preferably KIPUExemplary documentation skills.Familiarity with AHCA and Joint Commission standards preferredClean driving recordAbility to pass background checkDrug free workplace- must be able to pass drug testSchedule flexibility and ability to work well amongst others.Must be flexible to hours. Hourly rate commensurate with experience.
