Behavior Technicians provide direct care services to people with behavioral challenges as a result of brain injury.Schedule: 7p-7aDuties:Implements facility wide behavioral training as well as individual behavioral protocols, completing the necessary documentationModels appropriate behavior provides positive reinforcement and corrective feedback on a daily basisAssists residents in ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living includes bathing, transfers, toileting and physical assistance), assists and participates in physical, vocational and recreational activitiesTransports residents to medical appointments, vocational, recreational, educational activities in the communityCompletes all daily needed documentation (i.e. behavioral data, token exchange, shift summaries, house charts, checklists, medication administration records, and incident reports)Completes all housekeeping chores (i.e. laundry, vacuuming, dusting, etc.)Requirements:A high school diploma or GED is requiredMust be at least 18 years of ageMust have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintainedAbility to lift 50lbsCollage Rehabilitation Partners is an equal employment opportunity employer.
