Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition Summary Serves persons with mental illness as part of treatment, in a 24/7/365 Assisted Group Living Treatment Facility (a home-like setting) with a support team, providing protective oversight, behavior management, personal support, assistance with activities of daily living, assistance with self-administration of medication, personal care services as required, and social and recreational activity consistent with the Client's Individual Service Plan. Provides care to clients in a single-family residence, during an assigned shift ensuring clients are never left alone in the facility.
