Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBehavioral Health Technician - Lou Masterman Center (LMC)Location: Cape Girardeau, MOPay: $16.38 - $19.99/hour + shift differentialsPay Range for Floating BHT is $17.59 - 19.99/hour due to flexibility needs.Community Counseling Center offer's shift differentials for BHT staff who work an Evening or Overnight shift at its residential facilities.Evening Shift: + $0.50/hour per hour worked on Evenings.Overnight Shift: +$1.00/hour per hour worked on OvernightsMinimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma/GED/HSEMust hold or obtain (before start) a MO Class E Driver's LicenseIL residents may use Class DMust meet vehicle insurance, MVR requirements, and have reliable transportationFull-Time Shifts AvailableEvening/Weekend BlendThursday & Friday: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm Plus Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 pm - 7:00 amWeekend Shift: Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 am - 7:00 pmPRN PositionsAs needed (typically 1 shift/week)Any shift: day, evening, or overnight, depending on program needs and your availabilityAbout the Lou Masterman Center (LMC)The Lou Masterman Center is a seven-bed Intensive Residential Treatment Service (IRTS) program serving adults with chronic mental health diagnoses such as anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, and personality disorders. Many clients experience severe behavioral/emotional challenges and require structure, stability, and long-term support.Your role directly contributes to helping clients build the routines, skills, and confidence needed for more independent living.What You'll Really Be DoingThis isn't a desk job.
