Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Type: Part-time & Full-time · Community-based / Home-basedHourly rate: $22–27/hour starting rate.Advanta Autism Care provides ABA therapy to children with autism and their families in home and community settings. We’re looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are reliable, compassionate, and ready to make a difference.ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.Implement behavior and skill programs designed by a BCBA.Teach communication, daily living, social, and play skills.Collect data and communicate progress to the BCBA.Follow treatment plans and uphold ethical standards.RequirementsActive RBT certification (required)Experience working with children (preferred).Reliable transportation for home/community sessions.Ability to pass a background check.Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability.What we offer$22–27/hour starting rate.Paid training and ongoing BCBA supervision.Flexible scheduling within client needs.Health insurance.PTO, sick time, and Birthday PTO.Growth and salary opportunity.Work location: Home and community settings in the Denver, CO area.If you enjoy working with children and want a role where your work truly matters, we’d love to hear from you!
