Behavioral Health Technician at Serenity Recovery Centers

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionReceives clients for admission who have been previously approved.Make bed checks to make sure all clients are accounted for and to check that the property is secured on an hourly, or as designated basis.Enforce house rules.Monitor clients and document observations, changes, and needs.Provide reports of client's progress or concerns.Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for clientsAlert medical staff on emergency medical casesFamiliar with emergency procedures and conducts periodic fire drills.Notes any irregularities that may need attention and report to appropriate counselors or direct the behavior of clients that need attention.Responsible to make rounds of the grounds, as directed, monitoring security of the facilities and properties.Must keep current CPR and First Aid certificationQUALIFICATIONS:Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
