If you're a compassionateprofessional who appreciates stimulating yet meaningful work, we warmly invite you to join our all-starteam.What You'll DoProvide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.)Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environmentMonitor clients and enforce all Avenues policies to ensure safety of both clients and staffRecord and escalate any critical communication/ incidents in a timely mannerFulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support etc.)What We're Looking ForHigh School diploma or GED preferredValid Driver's license and CPR certification preferredIf in recovery, a minimum one - year period of sustained sobriety requiredStrong interpersonal and multitasking skillsWarm, compassionate and empathetic personalityDignified character that models recovery principlesWhere You'll WorkAvenues Recovery Center at Louisiana is a residential facility which offers inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation services as well as withdrawal management. Its unique setup - one treatment facility surrounded by 10 beautiful, converted townhomes - enables clients to engage in full-time inpatient treatment while separately residing in a warm domestic setting, removing barriers and diminishing any institutionalized feeling.
