DescriptionWork Schedule:100% FTE days. You may be eligible for up to a $3000 sign-on bonus. This is a hybrid position. When in person you will work at 4621 Eastpark Blvd. You will work in person a minimum of 3 days per week.Pay:The pay range listed reflects both titles and is based on a 1.0 FTE.This position may be eligible for a $3000 sign-on bonusBe part of something remarkableWe are seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist/Clinical Psychologist to:Evaluate patients presenting with a wide range of sexual health concerns and diagnoses.Collaborate with patients on individualized treatment plans with specific goals and outcomes.Coordinate patient care and collaborate with primary care and specialty providers (e.g. OB-GYN urology pelvic floor physical therapy) via written and verbal communication.Provide sex therapy utilizing multiple modalities and methods consistent with evidence-based practice including specific and focused treatment protocols when appropriate.Utilize progress monitoring and outcome measurement tools to assess benefits of sex therapy and change the treatment plan if necessary.Clinical supervision and an education stipend will be provided toward AASECT certification.At UW Health you will have:An excellent benefits package including health and dental insurance paid time off retirement plans two-week paid parental leave and adoption assistance.Options for a variety of schedules and shifts that offer flexibility and allow for work-life balance.Access to great resources through the UW Health Employee Wellbeing Department that supports your emotional financial and physical well-being.Tuition benefits eligibility - UW Health invests in your professional growth by helping pay for coursework associated with career advancement.The opportunity to earn a referral bonus for referring friends former colleagues or others to apply for open posted positions.If Behavioral Health Therapist:Education:Minimum Masters Degree in Social Work Counseling Psychology Marriage and Family Therapy or other behavioral health related fieldWork Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children adolescents or adultsPreferred 5 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children adolescents or adultsLicenses and Certifications:Licensed Clinical Social Worker Upon Hire Required orLicensed Professional Counselor Upon Hire Required orLicensed Marriage and Family Therapist Upon Hire Required andCertified Sex Therapist through the American Association of Sexuality Educators Counselors and Therapists (AASECT) within 18 months Required andBasic Life Support/CPR within 6 months RequiredIf Clinical Psychologist:Education:Minimum Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Psychology (Psy.D.) in Counseling or Clinical Psychology or related field.Work Experience:Minimum One (1) year of postdoctoral supervised clinical experience PreferredLicenses and Certifications:Licensure or eligible for licensure as a Psychologist in WisconsinBasic Life Support/CPR within 6 months RequiredOur Commitment to Social Impact and BelongingUW Health is committed to fostering a workplace that creates belonging for everyone and is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer.
