We offer a collaborative work environment and opportunities for ongoing training and development If you are a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW, LPC, LMSW or PLPC) who wants to make a difference in your community and your clients' lives, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesPerform intakes and assessmentsCreate individualized treatment plans for each clientUse evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatmentsMaintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment planFacilitate Psychotherapy Group SessionsAdhere to all facility and licensing standardsQualificationsPrevious experience as a behavioral health therapist (Outpatient) RequiredCrisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) and CPR certifiedExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organizedUnrestricted Active Louisiana license: LCSW, LMSW, LPC, or PLPCMasters degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related fieldExperience in outpatient behavioral health preferredStrong clinical and documentation skillsFamiliarity with evidence-based practices and co-occurring disordersProficient computer skills, including use of Electronic Health Records (EHR), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and telehealth platformsAbility to manage documentation efficiently and securelyBilingual candidates encouraged to apply
