ResponsibilitiesPeraton is currently seeking a Behavioral Research Scientist to provide support for research and training course development projects in support of a DoD customer.This is a part-time role.Location: Remote work allowed 100%.In this role you will conduct research using behavioral science principles methodologies and technologies in an applied government setting.Responsibilities of this position include:Supporting behavioral science and social science research projects for the Department of Defense.Work cooperatively with team members to ensure quality timeliness and accuracy of research products.Writing reports and developing documentation.Supporting the development and instruction of course related to risk.Areas of research include but are not limited to the following:Personnel Security ClearancesPersonnel Placement and SuitabilitySuicide PreventionSexual Assault Prevention and ResponseEspionage and Insider ThreatQualificationsMinimum requirements: 5 years of relevant experience with a BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhDU.S. Citizenship required. Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
