WE OFFER A HIRING BONUS!We are currently seeking part time and full time positions for ABA Therapist and Registered Behavior Technicians to implement ABA services as designed and supervised by a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Primary Responsibilities of an ABA Therapist include:Builds rapport and communicates effectively with clients and caregivers.Implements all program objectives, current skill acquisition programming and behavior intervention plan or protocol.Collects and maintains data as instructed by supervising BCBA/LBA.Maintains cultural sensitivity across diverse clienteleContinuously develops understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis and applies information learned in training and during on-site consultations to their work.Communicates needs in regards to consultation and feedback to BCBA/LBA on all assigned cases.All Candidates Must Maintain:A valid driver’s licenseA current auto insurance policyMinimum Physical Requirements:Ability to move easily between sitting and standing.
