As a BHT on our the team, you will be handling a patients looking to you for treatment and help to overcome a wide variety of addiction issues in their day to day treatment episode. Your role will be to support and uplift your clients, offering care and support for them, and identifying core issues that could be contributing to their abuse. The ideal candidate is compassionate, has excellent communication skills, and has experience working with people struggling with addiction and abuse.ResponsibilitiesHandle a max load of 6 patientsAssist with medication distributionRun groups with clients in our careUplift and support patients, working with them and their families to help create realistic, lasting changeContinue visual rounds on shiftsQualificationsActive RADTCurrent TB and PhysicalCurrent Drivers LicenseStrong compassionate outlook, with an upbeat and positive personalityExperience working with substance abuse and Mental Health Clients
