You will work under BCBA supervision to implement treatment plans and track client progress. Ideal candidates have reliable transportation, background clearance, and preferably experience or coursework in ABA.Responsibilities     • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, or community settings     • Implement behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA     • Collect and record accurate data on client behavior and progress     • Participate in team meetings and trainings     • Communicate effectively with supervisors, caregivers, and other team members     • Follow safety protocols and ethical standards in all sessions     • Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and consistency in session deliveryQualificationsBachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar fieldPrevious experience as a behavioral health therapist preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized
