In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans, who wants to make a difference in your community and your clients' lives, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesSchedule from 4:30PM to 8PM in Boston, MAPerform intakes and assessmentsCreate individualized treatment plans for each clientUse evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatmentsMaintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment planPerform regular wellness checksAdhere to all facility and licensing standardsQualificationsPrevious experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred ( 1to 5 years)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organizedAble to communicate with Family and Supervisors efficiently.
