We strive understand our customers market and product to maximize our results.Position Summary:The Bench Mechanic I is a key member of the manufacturing team in a high mix lower volume environment reporting to the Operations manager. Airtomic is an FAA Repair Station this position performs all required pressure testing and cleaning of all aircraft engine components as defined in the engineering process routing. Read and understand routing instructions are critical to ensure product safety. The position is entry level in the production process leading to training in duct and metal fabrication and repair. The ideal candidate enjoys problem solving working in a fast-paced environment and self-directed.Key Position Responsibilities: Acts proactively supporting safety at all times.
